NLCS Game 3: Chicago 7, St. Louis 6

Chicago's Mitch Garver and Joc Pederson homered off St. Louis reliever Chaz Roe as part of a three-run sixth inning, helping Chicago a 7-6 win in Game of the National League Championship Series in Chicag.
The G-Met trailed 5-4 when Garver led off the inning with a homer off Roe. Ramiel Tapia followed with a single before Pederson cranked his two-run homer, giving the G-Men a 7-5 lead.
A Michael Conforto sacrifice fly later scored Andrew Benintendi in the top of the ninth to make it 7-6. But with runners at first and second, Wandy Peralta got Brock Holt to ground out to end it.
St. Louis starting pitcher Trevor Bauer only last into the third inning, leaving with his team down 3-0.

The River Walkers would score the game's next five runs, but could not hold on.
