The online_scripts folder. On a windows machine and default installation, should be Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 18\online_scripts
On another OS or in a custom installation, you should be able to find the folder by starting the game and going to 'settings' > 'troubleshooting' > 'open folder containing customizable data'.
