Question about international scouting
Is there a way to tell my scout to only go after players internationally with a potential ranking of 50 or higher? I'm seriously tired of him signing 10 people a year with a potential of 20/20 or 21/20.
wow... last time I logged into this site was over 10 and a half years ago. Can't believe I remembered the password. nice...
