I am looking for a New OOTP9 Fictional League that allows GMs to pick their city and team name. I want an initial draft (message board run with time limits), fun message board, talents and ratings on the same scale, fast sim pace, 10 or more games per sim - 3 or more sims per week, salary cap, high cash max and a Commish that communicates well with the league.
