For me, the delight is in the detail. I play / manage every game, every innings, every out, in pitch by pitch mode. I never play more than one game per day. After my team's game is completed I spend some time checking out the day's other games, and looking over my minor league teams' progress. So that's around 2 hours a day dedicated to OOTP on most days of the week. I'm lucky to have the time to do it. The more familiar I get with all the players, the more real it seems to get. Such a great sim.
