Description: Small, cerebral winger from British Columbia. Possessing sick hands, a great shot and a responsible two way-game, it easy to see Willows as a future first liner or even all-star. Phenomenal with the puck on his stick, can make the best defenders look silly. Has an accurate shot, but could work on its power. Shows great decision making in both ends of the ice. Sometimes struggles to find the open spaces on the ice. Sometimes struggles to make the simple passes. Is a good skater, has good top end speed and an explosive first few steps. Still needs to work on his edge work. Is a great one on one defender. Will frustrate his opponents by breaking up plays. Displays pretty good positional awareness in his own end. Below average physical game. Needs to go to the dirty areas of the ice more often.
The 3rd overall gets you an undersized winger who scored 51 points in 72 games in the dub? Yikes.

I'm curious to know what some of the other players looked like that were available?
