That is strange...Not sure why it wouldn't show up. Here is the small flag and the larger one. (Although I am yet to find where the large one is used in the game.)
I have seen where the KIA league logo occasionally does not show up in the quickstart.
This link has many of the logos for the world, in case anything else is missing.
