I swear by Fidel Montoya's AllSimBaseball service. I use it for the league I run, and plan on using his service for another idea I'm working on. It is specifically geared for OOTP leagues, and he makes everything very easy. He has videos that will walk you through every aspect of setup. He is also incredibly helpful when issues come up.
