I did some editing on this, adding the U.S. territories and editing the ethicities to go with Questdog's name files. I figured my next step would be to divide the states up into their counties, so the OOTP "nation" would be the state and the OOTP "states" would be the counties.
This would make it easier to create mods such as the American Nations mod that somebody posted about or create nations like Cascadia.
