Download and install the mod "OOTP16 Default Fonts" and download and install the skin files for the Classic skin. Close OOTP and then go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 16\data\skins\ootp 16 classic" and delete the file called "skin.bin"

Restart OOTP and the original classic skin should be what you have.
