We have one opening for a stable, dedicated, active GM to take over a rebuilding franchise.

The Gloucester Fishermen are having a rough season, and once again ownership is looking for a change in management to turn this ship around. Unlike many rebuilding jobs, the Fishermen are in good financial shape and the team isn't saddled with ridiculous long term contracts. A new GM could easily sweep the decks after this season and begin the process of building a team that could contend again fairly soon. The team has plenty of young offensive players in the pipeline. The system is weak on pitching, but with the Fishermen the front runners for the 1st overall pick in next years draft, this is a situation that could soon be remedied.
