OOTP Developments Forums - View Single Post - Missing HC, PC, and Scout personnel in historical game

Started a historical game beginning in 1972. Checked the box for using complete scouting system. My personnel screen lists my scouting director as "vacant". Clicking on the vacancy brings me to the available personnel screen. Used the pull down menu for preferred occupation. However, HC, PC, and Scout are not populated. Same is true if I use the staff search menu command.

Anyone else have this problem?

Wanted to see if I am making a user error before I post it as a bug forum issue.
