I found the problem!!! I had my iPhone display set to zoom mode, which didn't allow my home screen to rotate. I switched my screen back to standard and now the app works!!! In settings, you go to display and brightness, then under display zoom tap view. Set the screen to standard and it should work. It works on mine so far
