FINALLY happened across the alternate jersey used both home and away during these two seasons being affiliated with the Nationals, and I also found a workable road jersey script.

As of yet, I have not found any pictures of their home uniforms during this timeframe, so if and when I do find a good logo to use, they will be added as well.

EDIT 05/15/2019: Forgot to mention, the jersey on the left is from the 2007 season, while the jersey on the right is from 2008.
