Paris at St. Michel

The Artists visited eastern Canada for a 3 game set with St. Michel and walked away with two wins and one loss. The opener was a 3-2 defeat with Julien Henri on the mound for Paris. It was tough one to swallow for the Artists as they led for most of the contest.

At 12-6 Paris has the best overall record in the FBL. They have strengthened their bench with the addition of Blanchet, Yamada, and Juhan. Yamada and Juhan are seeing time in the OF with the benching of Proust. Laurant Mercier is handling most of the third base duties, for now. He has not committed any errors and has a modest +0.9 ZR.

25 year old 1B Roger Lamy keeps getting more and more offensive minded driving in runs in his opportunities. He has 14 RBI's and leads the club. Lead off man, Mattheu Michel is second with 12. Michel has scored 12 runs, too. But, it's Herve Delage with 13 runs scored that leads the Artists.

Henri, Lamy, and Michel are tied for the highest batting average, .333.
