No, what is the last thing you see on the FHM 3 screen?
Regarding the resolution, is this 3 monitors? You should play FHM on just one monitor and you should choose a resolution that is below the one you have: your 1080 height is smaller then the 1200 height in game.
Best would be to post the trace file so I can take a look for you what the game reports. For that, enable "debug trace" in Settings/Troubleshooting and then go to your "debug" folder and post the file their (after enabling the option, you need to restart the game).
