In the bottom of the second, Cameron put the Mariners on the board with a two run homer.

Moyer had a no-hitter through three.

After three: Seattle 2 Anaheim 0.

In the top of the fourth, Erstad scored from third when Gil beat out the 4-6-3 giving the Angels their first run before they got their first hit.

In the bottom of the fifth, Wilson hit a two run homer with two out to give the Mariners some breathing room.

Moyer had a no-hitter through six.

After six: Seattle 4 Anaheim 1.

In the top of the seventh, Kennedy broke up the no-hitter with a one out single.

Mike Holtz took the mound for the Angels in the bottom of the seventh. Guillen scored from third when McLemore beat out the 6-4-3.

Arthur Rhodes took the mound for the Mariners in the top of the eighth.

After a leadoff walk in the bottom of the eighth, Oscar Henriquez took the mound for the Angels. After getting Olerud to ground into the 6-4-3, Henriquez left the game with a shoulder injury. With two out, Lou Pote took the mound for the Angels.

The Mariners held the Angels to just one hit in the ball game.

Final score: Seattle 5 Anaheim 1.
