Here is part 2 of the original six franchise review

Player Spotlight

The Flames end up signing Rick Middleton, Al MacAdam, Brent Sutter and Steve Shutt. I will spotlight Al MacAdam today. He’s the all time leading scorer in WHA history, with 749 points in 522 games. MacAdam played his whole career in Winnipeg, and I’m sure Jets fans are disappointed they couldn’t keep him. MacAdam is 27. Lets see how the best scorer in WHA history does in the NHL in his prime.

Mike Bossy comes over to the Washington Capitals after a 2 year stint in the WHA. Bossy scored 86 goals after being selected first overall a few years back. His presence, combined with a top 10 player in Dennis Maruk give Washington a legit chance to make the playoffs for the first time in franchise history.
