From team customization, to drafts and player management, to interesting league articles and storyline, this has been the best OOTP experience I've ever had, hands down. I've been in 5 leagues during my OOTP lifetime, and to be honest, most of my experiences have ended up in disappointment--bossy commissioners, lackluster owners, failed leagues. Since I've joined this league, I've experienced none of those problems.
Even if you just get on the waiting list for a chance at an expansion team, I think it is well worth your time. Join the forums and give them a try--you won't be disappointed.
