I agree this would be a great option - building a Super League would be a lot of fun, especially now that you can buy 1900-2012 for $20!

I would also like to see some better league setup/management, for instance:

expansion
change league structure or playoff format after starting a league
build a league structure (more choices or custom) - for instance 1 league with 8 teams ...

Great game and I understand it can't be OOTP, but adding some options like these would really add a lot of new dimensions to the game.
