5 rating (excellent) about 500 per country
4 (good) about 130
3 (average) about 90
2 (fair) about 2.5
1 (poor) about 1.0
0 (non-existent) game never generates players from countries with 0
With a Baseball Level of 1 producing only 1 player out of...well, we don't know how many, but...does anyone else feel like I do that almost NO countries should be given a 0 Baseball Level? Are we so sure that there will NEVER be a player from Afghanistan? There will never be a talented kid from Afghanistan who finds himself in The States and picks up the game--even if he only makes it to Single A ball?
I've changed my own nations.txt, but I thought I'd throw this out there.
