The St. Louis River Walkers have announced the re-signing of right-handed relief pitcher John Curtiss to a two-year contract, featuring a team option on that second season.
The 32-year old Curtiss has spent his entire professional career in the St. Louis organization.
He first made the majors in 2018 and has been exclusively with the big club for all but one game since 2020.
In 2025, Curtis pitched in 71 games going 5-2 with 1 save and a 3.26 ERA. He worked a total of 58 innings. striking out 74 batters.
His deal is worth $3,750,000 per season, although the Walkers can buyout that second season for $420,000.
