St. Louis River Walkers 2019 season: Is a repeat in the Cards?

The debut campaign of the Midwest Baseball League has come to a conclusion, as I have gotten through the season and 2019 preseason and all the spring training games.
While the St. Louis River Walkers won the title in a walk-away, following a dominating 106-56 performance in the regular season they needed just four games (NLCS) and six games (World Series) to secure the title, the rest of the league seemed effectively balanced.
Outside of St. Louis’ division, the NL South which it won by 14 games, and the AL West, which Indianapolis won by seven games, one of the divisions featured a one game divide (Dayton winning the AL East) and another had to be decided by a one game playoff (Chicago defeating Madison to take the NL North).
There will be some changes in format for the2019 season, as interleague play will be incorporated.
Also, all the teams will have new home stadiums.
If the team is located in a city which has an MLB franchise, it will play in an established ballpark in that city from an earlier era. If the city does not have an MLB team, it will be assigned a historic ballpark.
