What is it.... well take players from 1885 through present day.... Have a AAA, A, R and a barn storming league (like a WDL) ... hold an inaugural draft... and then an amateur draft before the first spring training... Intitial GMs can relocate and name teams to their liking... then crank it up from 1903 (schedule, financials, etc) guidelines below...

OOTP Version: OOTP v18 (always the latest)

Players: Historic al Rosters (from all Era’s)/Historical Rookies all Eras (Draft))
Initial Draft 40 Rounds, first Amateur Draft also before start of first spring training is 55 Rounds after that Amateur Draft will be held June 1st each year (ALL Drafts done in StatsPlus)
Scouting System: On Accuracy set to Normal
Coaches: OFF
Trades: Final approval – Commissioner, Draft Pick Trading (current year only and during the draft rounds 1-3)
Rule 5: ON
CBA: 2012: ON
DRAFT: StatsPlus
Waivers: 8 days
DFA’s : 21 days
Disable List: 10 days
Injuries: (OOTP Classic, NO Delay, Suspensions Enabled)
Player Personality Settings: ON, Morale ON, Chemistry ON.
L/R Splits: Keep All
Minor Roster: Must be kept at a min or 20 players per.
Player Ratings: 1 to 100
Overall/Potential Ratings: 20 to 80.
Financials: 1903 plus/minus 5%
Cards: ON
Sim Days: Tuesday and Thursday@ 9AM est. , Friday @ 11AM est. (7 day sims)
Off Season: Try for a Sim a day @11AM est.
OOTP Updates: Latest v18 always patched
League OOTP Version Update: every year
Starting Config: 1903 Majors (16 Teams) 3 Minor Leagues (AAA, A, R), 1 Barn Storming League (much like a Winter Development League).
