Please take a look at the rules and let me know if you have any questions!! We feel this league has a bright future and will be around for quite awhile. This is only the 2nd ownership opening in the last 3 seasons and we had an amazingly active offseason which saw 93 free agents sign with new teams!! Even more impressive is the fact that the maximum contract was $7 million/6 year. Our biggest one year contract was for only $8.9 million!! This really shows how strong our ownership base is and how intelligent they are. They don't drive up the prices of free agents which some leagues have a problem with!
