So in PT you can increase players ratings playing in different positions.

How does OOTPB differ from PT in terms of dev
I just started CHISOX 77.
I moved Chet Lemon 96 CF to RF and in 36 games he went from 0 o 93
Ralpfh Garr is 53 in LF and after 36 games he is still a 0 in CF

In PT he would at least have a 1 after so many games.
