If I want to set up an unaffiliated minor leagues with relegation am I better off creating all four leagues with major league status, but making the financials lower at each 'level' to simulate this? Or am I better of designating the leagues as ML, AAA, AA and A ball, but keeping them unaffiliated?

If anyone could help me out with the pros and cons of each type of set up, or help me out with anything I might be missing that would be a big help. I don't know what I don't know . . .
