My 5th starter is also set up to be a follower from time to time but I notice he's more often used in normal relief than in either of the either two roles. That doesn't seem right, does it?

did you set use starters in relief to No? Did you set an opener?
My starter set as a follower has only been called in for relief in long extra inning games, never seen it as a regular occurance
