Hey Matt,
Which platform did you buy your OOTP 20 for? Origin, Steam, Standalone (ootp website), MacStore (AppStore), Linux? Certain ones of those are different or prone to issues.
We are aware that the AppStore is having some kind of an issue at the moment with in-app purchase errors.
