To add to the coach issue, in reality, when a Manager is canned, usually most of his coaching staff goes with it.
I'd like for coaches to be fired with Managers. So an entire new staff is brought in.
Also, i HATE seeing batters become pitching coaches and vice versa. The "Bench coach" position allows for this mixup. I have to constantly go through teams and fire coaches who don't make sense. Today i noticed the Reds hired Vince Coleman as pitching coach. Had to fire him. Poor fella
