I would like to see more coaches as well. Base Coaches, perhaps even assistant hitting and pitching coaches as way to get coaches experience. The additional coaches would only be for the major leagues, and could be optional. In the minor leagues most teams do not have base coaches. They usually have a hitting coach and a pitching coach. They may have one other coach they use to coach third, or they may have the hitting coach as 3rd base coach. They often just use a player on the team for coaching 1st.
