We have been running our league for 26+ seasons and my GMs have issues with their exports not taking from time to time. Nothing is changed w/ our FTP or server but it is frustrating when a good amount of time is taken to comb over your many minor league levels and make changes, just to see in the next days file that they didnt take, is frustrating. What is the cause of this possibly?

On a separate note, the AI is having trouble managing bullpens for this season we just started. John Lackey was left in for 250 pitches, suffered 4 injuries, because the AI had used the entire bullpen and reserve hitters earlier in the game for a handful of pitches each. It was a 9 inning regular game, final score 69-9. We've never had anything like this happen in all our seasons.

We're using 18.7.74 build
