*Correction - ONE opening
Colloquially known as "PUB", Polaris Union Baseball rose from the ashes of ACBA – American Canadian Baseball Alliance.
PUB team GMs hail from the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, and it is this North American bond which inspired the name “Polaris Union” – Polaris also being known as the North Star.
Original owners drafted their players out of a pool of 1950 Major League Baseball and fictional players.
The league is loosely semi-historical with a majority of fictional players but a few familiar names from the era thrown-in.
The league has been going since 2014 and we're about to enter the 1959 season.
Sims are M-W-Sa evenings with exports due by 7 PM CST. We sim 5 days every sim. We go slower than other leagues so we go through ~2 seasons a year.

We mainly use email DL for communication though we do have a Slack channel which is occasionally used during live sims. We also use Stats+ for drafts and award voting.
