Craig Robinson, author of Flip Flop Fly Ball, has made bunch of info graphics dealing with baseball and other sports. Another one of his creations is his Flopps baseball card.

Obviously you can't pixelate the player's image or show him standing up on an OOTP card, but I did my best to recreate these. It is still a clean template nevertheless. His cards, and my template, are front-only.
