I took an expansion team when I went to 32 from 30 and got stuck with a "Tolerant/Controlling" owner. Initial budget: $120M. There wasn't a choice but to keep the payroll anywhere between 28th and 32nd in the league.... but I enjoyed tinkering with the team.
