I don't know about you, but sometimes I get pretty obsessive about creating a new world template for OOTP, but I've always struggled with making maps. I came across this a few months ago:

Really impressive stuff. You can automatically generate maps with several countries of different ethnicities. It is still demo version and the developer tends to update it every month or so. I'll be using it for my next world template and thought others might enjoy it as well.
