I need either one of these two to complete both the Expos Final Years and finish the entire Expos missions set. I've been checking daily but never seem to see them in the AH.

Since I never see them for sale, I've got no idea what the going rate is. Assuming my 19k won't get me a 97 rated SP, but that's what I've got to buy either Vladdy or Pedro and finish off the Expos mission.
