We finished our Spring Training schedule with a 3 to 2 win at the Angels Training Complex. We ended up 15-15, our best Spring record ever! The only major injury we had was that P Roger Lerer (29-L) broke his elbow and is out until August. But he is always breaking something and will not be missed.

The Padres had the best record in our division, even without CF Dave Bafaro, at a pedestrian 17-13. Hollywood was last at 12-18. The Kansas City Royals had the best record in Baseball at 22-8. LF Ken Manning (24-R) led all players with 8 HR. The worst record belonged to the Houston Astros at 10-20.
