Manager relationships poor/poor
I just clicked through every single available manager looking to hire for my lowest minor league team.
Every single manager had poor influence and poor relationships with this particular team. With other minor league levels it looked like a normal distribution of ratings.
As I typed this, I noticed that my lowest level team had 0 players.
I guess the development ability of a coach is tied to the players on the team at the time?
