Thought this was a cool game... Evan Downey didn't need to be sharp in his debut as we put up 18 runs on 20 hits. Downey was great, allowing just 2 runs in 6 innings, but it didn't really matter. Everyone who picked up a bat drove in at least one run, which I have never seen before. Denver's starter left after one batter with a blister, and they ran out of pitching by the 7th inning. Their position players didn't even do that bad, but every reliever they brought in got shelled. Hopefully we save some of these runs for later on this season!
