Hmmm
Do you have any leagues in the universe that have been turned off or "deleted"?
Any changes to saving box scores, replays or game logs.
If these are turned on for all leagues (read minors) it can add time.
I am trying to think of anything that is settings related in the hopes that it is something simple.
