As always this will go ignored and discounted, but here are some of the 2024 free agent relievers....
Once again my league is again filled up with pitching staffs made up of 95% starting pitching.
Despite the developers insistence that it is “by design,” the problem is that the amateur draft pools do not contain enough relief pitchers, the code values starters of any talent level over relievers, and the game does not convert guys who have only pitched out of the bullpen into true relievers.
You end up with aging starting pitchers banished to the bullpen (which rarely occurs in real life) and others just moving back and forth between starting and the bullpen. All the while talented true relievers sit in the Cpu teams minor leagues.
