That was a case where the series was transferred to another park. In that case Toronto was officially considered the home club, both for attendance and statistical purposes, from what I recall of MLB articles on the matter at the time. It's a situation where a club played its home games in an alternate park.

Here is Retrosheet's listing of all such games since 1901. Interestingly, Retrosheet doesn't include the Philles-Blue Jays series, presumably because it occurred in a park involving one of the two clubs whereas the other examples it cites are where games were played in what might be called 'neutral' parks.)
