I like this setup, so I am going to reuse it, but fast forward 50 or so years into the future. It kinda bothered me that we relocated two of the stalwart franchises of the PCL to make 6 team divisions. So some time in the 50 years, the Majors have expanded by 8 more teams to allow us to add back in the Sacramento Solons and Hollywood Stars and have 8 team divisions.

Toronto and Montreal will be added to the NL East.
Atlanta and Miami to the NL West (They are both west of any team in the East and west of Pittsburgh, too).
San Antonio and Salt Lake City to the PCL East.
Salt Lake City was chosen over maybe more attractive MLB cities because it was a member of the PCL from 1915-1925. It was an ancestor of the PCL San Diego Padres.
