I'm the commissioner of a long-running online league (2003-2015) (the United League) that we are trying to resurrect after a four year hiatus. I have brought the league file forward from OOTP15 to OOTP20 and have started setting up Statsplus. But I can't move forward with the reboot until I can log in as Commish. I never wrote the password down because I used it almost every day for over a decade, but now I can't remember it.

I understand the sensitivities involved and don't expect a step-by-step guide in a public forum. But has someone had this issue before and had it resolved by the developers? We have 10 out of 14 GMs returning to the league who can vouch for the legitimacy of the request.
