Bob Dillon lines a hit to center. Randy Hobson grounds out to short and Dillon goes to 2nd. Miguel Favela flies out to deep center. Mark Fenik swings at a 3-2 pitch and lines out to left!
Bottom of the First:
Paul Bouvet grounds a hit past the shortstop. On the first pitch to Omar Flores, Bouvet steals 2nd. On the next pitch, he gets thrown out trying to steal 3rd... Flores flies out to left. Bob Draper grounds out to 1st, unassisted.
Bottom of the Third:
With 1 out, Woody Griesbach grounds a hit to left. P Don Panighetti tries to bunt, but can't make contact. With 2 strikes, he swings away and doubles to the right field corner and Griesbach scores! 1 to 0, Beavers! Paul Bouvet and Omar Flores both ground out, though.
