Paul Bouvet grounds a hit to right. Omar Flores grounds a hit to center. Bob Draper walks on 4 pitches to load the bases up with no outs. Last time we found ourselves in this situation, we did not score a run... Jeff Austin swings at a 2-2 pitch and lines a hit to left and Bouvet scores! 1 to 0, Beavers! Tony Casarez grounds one to 2nd, but they only get a force at 2nd, thanks to a hard slide by Jeff Austin, and Flores scores. 2 to 0, Beavers! After retiring the first 11 batters of the game, P Angel Gaspar walks Gary Halbert with 2 outs, but strikes out Chris Greenwald!
Top of the Fifth:
With 2 outs, Bill Giffin gets the first hit of the game for the Seals, a home run to right... 4 to 1, Beavers.
