Also will look into creating league with said settings...but i know that is hard.

Expirience-2 Months (yah i know) but in that time i led the AZ Diamondbacks to 3 world series victories and the New York Mets to the world series...both teams turned around below .500 performance...so i think i'm ready for a nice challenge.
