As previously mentioned on Toucharcade forum, the DH bug still persists in version 1.02.

Example:

DH Ortiz gets a hit, but injured, so subbed in a Pinch Runner.

Inning ended,

Impossible to pick the DH position for the subsitution as DH option simply doesn't exist on the list. So had to shut down the game and force a "simulate the game" from the menu.
