I use CCleaner religiously every evening when I shutdown my computer.
In recent weeks CCleaner doesn't remove about 75 items... but I understand some of them could be important to Windows and you have to know the good programs from the bad ones.

I'm don't know the good items from the bad ones, so I don't try to remove them.

I can't uninstall this CDN77... it is not in the list of programs in the control panel.

I'm going to take my computer to the repair shop and see if they can fix it.

Thank you for the reply and advice.
